Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport

Excellent hotel for the price. Large, quiet rooms with queen bed and kitchenette. Coffee pot in room with coffee provided. Utensils, full size fridge, range and microwave. Desk and comfortable chairs with window which opens. Ice cold AC was easily adjustable. Bed was firm but comfortable with plenty of pillows and warm duvet. Really friendly front desk staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I’m staying at the Sonesta for my job and have been here almost 2 months. It’s a great location to the airport and restaurants. The room attendant Rachel is AMAZING! She always does a fabulous job taking care of my room each week

Hello, I previously booked a room for my mother,from Jan 30 to Feb 6. She extended her stay in person after the original checkout date. However, I have not been able to contact her for the last 24 hours and I am worried. Could you please go to her room to knock and check on her safety? Please also tell her that her daughter is looking for her. She is an Asian woman with long black hair. If you need the Trip.com booking number or her full name, I can provide that as well. Suite was spotless! (Thank you Rachel!) Bed was super comfy. Staff was very courteous. Rested peacefully! Location has great options for nearby dining and shopping. Great value for the price! Would definitely stay again if my travels bring me back to the area.

I have throughly enjoyed my stays and the staff. I was provided with great customer service,patience and grace. I broke my foot I was given accommodations that speaks volumes. After checking into and immediately checking out of of a really terrible hotel, I found the Sonesta Simply Suites on Google Maps and booked it and checked in 20 minutes later. The person working at the front desk was an absolute delight and very helpful (Thank you, Megan) and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything I needed after a long day of driving. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, bed extremely comfortable, the kitchenette with full size fridge was helpful since I had some food in coolers on my roadtrip, and had an excellent night's sleep. I'll definitely be booking with the Sonesta brand again.

I wish I had pics but the pics of the room I stayed in are exactly like the Google pics. I had a queen suite for only night but I honestly wished we were staying longer because it was really nice. We stayed in a hotel the night before in Columbus and it was nice but this one was nicer. I think it was fairly priced, we paid $111 total and the one we had in Columbus didn't have a kitchen area and this place was cheaper. It doesn't have a pool so that'd be the only thing I'd change. You could actually open the windows which was notable because a lot of hotels you can't lol everything was actually clean, and trust me I know because I'm the type that wipes down hotel rooms because cleaning is my profession. The kitchen has a stovetop but no oven, a microwave, full size fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, sink and plates, cups, etc. There was plenty of room for 2 people and would be convenient if you're staying for a few days or more. I liked the long desk/table area. I also thought the bed was very comfy and clean. There's a mini store with food and some essentials but there's also many stores and restaurants nearby. A big Walmart is across the way. It's in a quiet area close to the highway and close to a residential area. The road it's on has other hotels. The 4 staff memebers I talked to were all friendly, 3 front desk people and a cleaner. I wanted to go to the gym in the hotel but didn't have time. There's a private parking lot. All in all, it was clean, nicer than I expected, cheaper than I thought it would be if I didn't know the price, and I would 100% stay here again if I come back to Cleveland. Also it was about a 20 minute drive from downtown.
